bus stop at the complex giving access to the whole coast.
Within a 5 minute walk of the complex there are 3 supermarkets,
chemist and numerous shops and restaurants, including the
Marbella Club Hotel, Puento Romano and the new 5 star Guadalpin
Hotel.
The apartment is air conditioned and heated and has 2 twin
bedrooms with built in wardrobes and is furnished to an
extremely high standard. It has marble floors throughout,
a newly refurbished, fully tiled kitchen with 4 ring hob,
oven , fridge and microwave.
The bathroom is also new, and has bath with shower over,
toilet and bidet, washing machine and storage cupboards.
The living room has sofa, 2 chairs, dining table and 6 chairs
and tv.
The terrace enjoys the afternoon and evening sun, and
has views of the swimming pool and sea.
There is seating and a dining table on the terrace.
The terrace has glass screens that can be closed in during
the winter making another room. It is of course open in
the Summer to make the most of the sun!
